Customer Martin was frustrated that he couldn’t find a replacement handle for his pot so he made one out of wood.

“Attached find the picture of my 3/4 quart pot with the replacement handle that I fabricated out of a 3/4″ piece of oak. I traced the shape from the old handle and cut and sanded it to the same shape. I then primed and painted it with black gloss paint. Other than the bolt that shows, it looks and handles just like the original one.”

It is possible that Revere Ware offered a lifetime warranty at some point, but because of multiple bankruptcies in the 1980’s, that legal entity no longer exists and they don’t honor a lifetime warranty. They are still in business (or at least the brand is still produced by World Kitchen LLC) and can be found at http://www.revereware.com or call them at 800.999.3436.

Their warranty for copper bottom cookware is 25 years and many people have had success getting them to replace defective cookware. Their full warranty policy can be found here. If you have a coffee pot, they haven’t made those in more than 25 years so you are out of luck. If you have at tea kettle, the warranty is only one year so you are also out of luck.
