Return Policy

We guarantee that all parts arrive in good condition. If any parts are defective when you receive them, we will replace them at no cost.  If your part breaks some time after you received it, please contact us; we are happy to replace a product that is defective.

We provide detailed pictures and measurements for all of our parts to help customers insure that they are ordering the correct part. If for some reason you make a mistake and order the wrong part, we are happy to accept the return of some or all of the parts you purchased and will refund the non-shipping portion of your order.

When you order a part, please check the measurements carefully to insure a proper fit.  If you aren’t sure, please contact us through the contact form and choose “I have another general question”.  We are happy to try and help you determine the proper fit for your cookware.

We do accept returns but please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

All returns require an RMA number!  If you do need to return a part or have an issue with an order, please use the contact form and choose “I have a question about my order” to request an RMA number.
