Return Policy

We guarantee that all parts arrive in good condition. If any parts are defective when you receive them, we will replace them at no cost.  Please note that the manufacturing of Bakelite is not perfect and some normal marks from the manufacturing process may be present.  We don’t offer exchanges for parts that have normal manufacturing indications.

If your part breaks some time after you received it, please contact us; we are happy to replace a product that is defective.

We provide detailed pictures and measurements for all of our parts to help customers insure that they are ordering the correct part.  Please use the measurements provided to the best of your ability to order the correct part.  If you aren’t sure, please contact us through the contact form and choose “I have another general question”.  We are happy to try and help you determine the proper fit for your cookware.

If for some reason you make a mistake and order the wrong part, we are happy to accept the return of some or all of the parts you purchased, but please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

In the past we’ve had customers order a large number of parts just so they could pick through them for the most perfect parts and then return the bulk of them.  Please don’t do this.  We reserve the right to refuse to accept a return if we feel the customer is over ordering for this purpose.

All returns require an RMA number!  If you do need to return a part or have an issue with an order, please use the contact form and choose “I have a question about my order” to request an RMA number.
